ON YOUR DEVICE

Information used to provide Omny Pad's controls

Omny Pad processes the following information in memory or in Android-protected app storage so that its features work:

• Control input: pointer movement, taps, scrolling, multitouch gestures, mouse-button states, key presses, text shown in the live input view, clipboard content you choose to send, calculator expressions and results, macro steps, and remote or presenter commands.
• Saved hosts and connection state: Bluetooth device names and addresses, aliases, target operating-system profiles, pairing state, and the state needed to reconnect or switch hosts.
• Settings and saved tools: themes, orientation, gesture and scrolling preferences, keyboard layouts, vibration, macros, presenter shortcuts, and other interface choices.
• Session data: temporary calculator history and in-progress control state needed during the current app session.

Supported control input is transmitted directly to the host you pair through the standard Bluetooth HID profile, in the same general way as a Bluetooth mouse or keyboard. The selected host receives the input needed to perform your command; logl does not receive a copy.

Omny Pad does not operate a user-account or cloud-sync service. If Android backup or device transfer is enabled, Android may back up or restore eligible app settings under your Google account settings.

Analytics for a better experience

When Share improvement and diagnostic data applies, Omny Pad uses Google Analytics for Firebase to analyze feature use and outcomes. The same choice also controls diagnostics below. This helps us understand where setup is difficult, which features are useful, and how quality varies across usage environments.

Categories processed

• Feature use: screens, tools, and features used, progress and outcomes, and count or duration ranges;
• Connection and quality: connection and host-switch outcomes and predefined error or recovery categories;
• House-ad performance: supported versions record displays and clicks with the published feed generation and sequence, item position, placement, app and creative language, and test or production context. These describe published content for aggregate performance analysis and can be associated with the analytics service data below. The app's local display-instance identifier, network-ad revenue, and network-ad request or response identifiers are not included;
• App and device environment: app and Android versions, device brand and model, language and region, and screen and network characteristics;
• Analytics service data: Firebase app-instance identifiers and country, region, or city inferred by Google from the network IP address.

Information excluded from analytics

Analytics does not include the content you enter or control, identifiers for saved connections, pointer paths, precise location, contact details, or free-form text. This includes typed text and key values, clipboard content, calculations, macros, and presentation content.

Omny Pad does not request Android precise or approximate location permission for analytics. The location described above is a coarse network-derived estimate supplied by Google, not GPS data.

Your choice and measurement safeguards

• Before you record your first choice, the pre-selected sharing option can apply only when Google's consent check confirms that no privacy-options form is required and the available network country passes the app's country policy. If that check requires a form or is unresolved, or the country is unknown or excluded, analytics and diagnostics stay off until you turn sharing on.
• You can turn sharing off at any time. While collection is still allowed, the app records that you turned it off, then stops new app-owned analytics events. This does not instantly erase data already processed by Google.
• In the reviewed release configuration, product-improvement data is not used to directly identify users or personalize advertising.
• Google Ads and Google Play links may use permitted aggregate or conversion data for campaign and installation measurement.

Approved release analytics may be exported once per day to an operator-controlled Google BigQuery dataset located in Seoul, Republic of Korea, for quality, product, and campaign analysis. The debug app stream is excluded. Event-level GA4 and BigQuery data is subject to a maximum retention period of 14 months.

CRASH & PERFORMANCE DIAGNOSTICS

Crash and performance reporting

The same Share improvement and diagnostic data choice controls Google Firebase crash and performance diagnostics. It follows the initial-state rules above and can be changed in Settings. Advertising privacy choices remain separate.

If you turn sharing off, Omny Pad stops new app-owned diagnostic reports and traces, and requests that the diagnostic SDKs stop collection and delete unsent crash reports. Some changes take full effect after the app restarts. Previously uploaded information follows the retention and deletion process below.

ADVERTISING & NETWORK SERVICES

Google AdMob and consent management

Omny Pad displays limited inline advertising through Google AdMob; it does not use recurring five-minute pop-up ads. Google Mobile Ads, Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP), and participating ad partners may process IP-derived approximate location, app and ad interactions, diagnostic and performance data, and permitted app or device identifiers for ad delivery, measurement, security, and fraud prevention.

The reviewed release configuration limits the use of advertising identifiers and does not use product-improvement data for ad personalization. Advertising services may still process identifiers permitted by applicable law and settings. Advertising privacy choices are independent from product-improvement and diagnostics settings.

Where required, the app provides Google's consent-management flow and a privacy-options entry so that you can review or change your advertising choices. Available choices may vary by region and applicable requirements.

In-app information content

Separately from processing your input and control actions, the app may periodically check a logl-operated service for feature-tip and house-ad settings and content updates. Released versions using the earlier content system retrieve settings over HTTPS. Versions using the managed content system make authenticated requests and verify feed signatures. These requests may also occur while server settings have disabled the content. House ads are shown only when a Google ad is unavailable and applicable advertising consent and display conditions are met. Ordinary network information needed for content delivery and security may be processed, but the request does not include your input or control content or information identifying saved connections.

PERMISSIONS

Why Android permissions are requested

Omny Pad does not request access to precise or approximate device location, contacts, microphone, camera, messages, call logs, photos, or general files.

PROVIDERS & INTERNATIONAL PROCESSING

Who processes off-device information

logl uses the following providers only for the functions described. Google provides Firebase and BigQuery processing on logl's behalf; Google and participating ad partners may also process advertising data under their applicable terms. logl does not give them Omny Pad's control content.

Depending on the service and applicable law, the legal basis for international processing is your optional consent, processing needed to provide a service you request, logl's legitimate interests in security and reliable delivery where not overridden by your rights, or another basis permitted by law. Google and Cloudflare maintain contractual and organizational transfer safeguards under their published terms.

You may refuse product-improvement analytics and diagnostics by turning the shared setting off, and may change advertising choices through the available privacy-options entry. Refusal means the related measurement or diagnostic feature is not used and does not affect the app's core features. You may avoid the Zoho transfer by not sending an email, but logl will then be unable to respond by email. If network access is restricted, advertising, privacy-choice updates, and enabled online features may be limited.

RETENTION & DELETION

Information is kept only for its stated purpose

• Local settings and saved-host information remain in protected app storage until you delete them, clear the app's data, or uninstall the app. Eligible settings may also remain in Android backup until removed under your Google account and device settings.
• Temporary session state, including session-only calculator history, is cleared when the app process ends or restarts.
• Optional GA4 event and user data and the approved BigQuery event export are kept for no more than 14 months.
• Google states that Crashlytics retains crash stack traces and associated identifiers for 90 days before beginning deletion; Performance Monitoring retains IP-associated events for 30 days and installation-associated or de-identified data for 60 days before beginning deletion.
• AdMob, UMP, and Cloudflare service data follows the providers' applicable retention controls and legal requirements.
• Support email and delivery metadata are kept while needed to answer the inquiry and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations; Zoho's account-termination deletion periods are stated above.

When logl-held information is no longer required and no law requires preservation, it is deleted or de-identified using methods intended to prevent recovery. Removing the app's local data does not delete data already processed independently by a paired host or service provider.

Network transfers use HTTPS/TLS. Bluetooth control data uses the link established with the host you chose to pair. Access to provider consoles and exported data is restricted to authorized accounts and roles.

YOUR CHOICES & RIGHTS

Manage collection in the app or contact us

• Turn Share improvement and diagnostic data off to stop both usage analytics and diagnostics, subject to the timing described above.
• Reopen Google's advertising privacy options when the app shows that the entry is required or available.
• Clear app data or uninstall Omny Pad to remove local settings and saved hosts; also review Android backup settings where applicable.
• Ask to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of personal information controlled by logl, withdraw consent, or appeal a decision where applicable law provides that right.

Send a request to dev@appsolute.kr. We may request information reasonably necessary to verify and process the request. Omny Pad has no account and does not attach an email or user ID to Firebase records, so logl may be unable to identify a particular app instance from an email address alone. We will explain any limitation and use provider-supported controls where available.

Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal. Omny Pad does not make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects through automated processing.

REGIONAL PROVISIONS

Additional provisions by region

These provisions apply only when the relevant law covers the processing. The language in which you read this policy does not determine which law applies.

Republic of Korea

Under the Personal Information Protection Act, you or a lawful representative may request access, transmission where applicable, correction, deletion, suspension, or objection through the contact below. You may also seek assistance from the Personal Information Protection Commission or the Privacy Infringement Report Center.

European Economic Area and United Kingdom

For processing controlled by logl, the applicable legal basis is consent for optional analytics, diagnostics, or advertising where consent is required; performance of a contract where processing is necessary to provide a requested network or support function; legitimate interests in security, reliability, and limited content delivery where those interests are not overridden by your rights; or compliance with law. You may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, withdrawal of consent, and complaint to your local supervisory authority. International transfers use the providers' applicable contractual safeguards.

United States

If a U.S. state privacy law applies, you may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, obtain a portable copy, opt out of certain sale, sharing, or targeted advertising, appeal a decision, and avoid discrimination for exercising a right. logl does not sell personal information for money and does not use Omny Pad control content for cross-context behavioral advertising. If applicable law classifies a provider transfer as sale or sharing, the rights available under that law remain available.

CHILDREN

Omny Pad is not directed to children

Omny Pad is a general productivity tool and is not designed or marketed for children. It does not ask for a date of birth or verify age, and logl does not knowingly collect children's personal information through the optional measurement described here. If you believe a child's information has been processed, contact us so that we can investigate and take appropriate action.
