This policy explains how logl handles information when you use the Appsolute works website.

1 · PURPOSES AND INFORMATION

What we process and why

logl processes only the information needed to run and protect this website, understand its use when you choose to allow analytics, and reply when you contact us.

Website operation and security

IP address, requested path, access time, browser, device and network information, response status, routing and security signals may be processed automatically.

Optional website analytics

If you agree, Google Analytics processes pages viewed without query strings or fragments, approved interactions, language, device and browser context, approximate region, session and visit identifiers, and standard referral or campaign information.

Email inquiries

If you email us, your address, subject, message, attachments and delivery information are processed so we can respond.

No account required

You can browse the website without creating an account or providing your name or phone number.

Where the EU GDPR or UK GDPR applies, website operation and security rely on our legitimate interests, email inquiries rely on steps taken at your request or our legitimate interests, optional analytics relies on consent, and legally required processing relies on a legal obligation.

Information processed inside the Omny Pad Android app is covered by the separate Omny Pad Privacy Policy.

2 · RETENTION

How long we keep information

  • Google Analytics event data: up to 14 months after consent.
  • Privacy choice: in your browser until you change or withdraw it, clear browser data, or a new policy version replaces it.
  • Email inquiries: copies controlled by logl are deleted when the inquiry and any related support, dispute or security need is complete. Service-provider copies follow their retention and backup policies.
  • Website and security information: for the period required by the applicable service configuration and provider policy.
  • Information required by law: separately for the legally required period.

3 · THIRD PARTIES

When information is shared

logl does not disclose personal information to third parties except with your consent or where another lawful basis applies. The service providers below process information only for the purposes described.

4 · SERVICE PROVIDERS AND TRANSFERS

Services that help us operate the website

We use the following services for hosting, security, optional analytics and email. Open an item to see the recipient, information, location, retention and available choices.

ChatGPT SitesWebsite hosting, maintenance and security
  • Purpose: hosting, maintaining, supporting and protecting the website.
  • Information: IP address, request, log, device and security information.
  • Recipients and countries: OpenAI OpCo, LLC in the United States; OpenAI Ireland Ltd. in Ireland for EEA and Swiss hosted data · privacy@openai.com.
  • Timing and method: when a page is requested, over an encrypted network.
  • Retention: for the service term and the time needed to delete hosted data afterward.
  • Choice: you can avoid this processing by leaving or blocking the website, but the website cannot then be provided.
CloudflareContent delivery, traffic routing and website security
  • Purpose: delivering content, routing traffic and protecting the website.
  • Information: IP address, requested path, routing, system and security information and, when set, encrypted bot, time and session information in the necessary security cookie.
  • Recipient and locations: Cloudflare, Ltd. in the United Kingdom. Requests are processed at a Cloudflare location near the visitor; information is primarily stored in the United States and EEA and may be processed in the countries on Cloudflare's current network list · dpo@cloudflare.com.
  • Timing and method: when a page or website asset is requested, over an encrypted network.
  • Retention: the necessary security cookie expires after 30 minutes of continuous inactivity. Other information follows the service agreement and applicable legal or security exceptions.
  • Choice: you can block appsolute.kr or its necessary security requests in your browser or network settings, but the website may then fail to load or work correctly.
Google AnalyticsOptional website usage and performance analytics
  • Purpose: understanding website use and performance to improve products, guides and the website.
  • Information: the optional analytics information described in Section 1.
  • Recipient and countries: Google LLC in the United States, Belgium, Chile, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Ireland, Japan, Netherlands, Singapore, Taiwan and the United Kingdom · Google privacy contact.
  • Timing and method: only after consent, when a page view or approved event occurs, over an encrypted network.
  • Retention: up to 14 months.
  • Choice: decline or withdraw through Privacy choices; the website remains available.
Zoho MailReceiving, protecting and replying to email inquiries
  • Purpose: receiving, protecting and replying to email inquiries.
  • Information: sender address, subject, message, attachments and delivery information.
  • Recipient and countries: Zoho Corporation Pte. Ltd. in Singapore; email data is stored in the United States · privacy@zohocorp.com.
  • Timing and method: when an email is sent or received, over the internet.
  • Retention: while the account is active. After account termination, Zoho states that deletion from active databases occurs within six months and from backups within a further three months.
  • Choice: you can avoid this transfer by not sending an email, but we will then be unable to respond by email.

Transfer terms: OpenAI, Cloudflare, Google and Zoho. Where EEA or UK transfer rules apply, the providers use applicable adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses, the UK Addendum or recognized data-transfer frameworks. The linked terms explain the applicable safeguard; you may also request information through our privacy contact.

5 · DELETION

How information is deleted

Personal information controlled by logl is deleted or anonymized when its purpose is complete or its retention period ends. Electronic records are deleted using methods designed to prevent recovery. Information that must be retained by law is kept separately and deleted when that period ends. Service-provider copies follow the provider terms described above.

6 · COOKIES AND PRIVACY CHOICES

Your website choices

Necessary security

Cloudflare may set the necessary __cf_bm cookie to help detect automated traffic and protect the site. It expires after 30 minutes of continuous inactivity.

Optional analytics

Google Analytics starts only after you select Allow analytics. Before that, the Google tag is not loaded and no Google Analytics request or cookie is created.

We do not use website analytics for personalized advertising or remarketing. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time through Privacy choices in the footer. The website remains available if you choose Necessary only.

7 · YOUR RIGHTS

Your privacy rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or suspension of processing, object to processing, withdraw consent, request data portability, or request a copy of applicable personal information. Send a request to the email address below.

Because the website has no user account and analytics does not use a logl-created user identifier, an analytics record may not be identifiable from an email address alone.

8 · SECURITY

How we protect information

logl uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information processed, including access control, encrypted transmission, secure service configuration, updates and incident response.

9 · REGIONAL TERMS

Additional terms by region

The terms below apply only when the law of that region applies. The language in which you read this policy does not determine the law that applies.

Republic of Korea

Where the Personal Information Protection Act applies, you or your lawful representative may exercise the applicable rights through the contact below. You may also seek help from the Personal Information Protection Commission or the Privacy Infringement Report Center. logl is the controller and privacy contact for this website.

European Economic Area and United Kingdom

Where the EU GDPR or UK GDPR applies, optional Google Analytics relies on consent; responding to a service request may rely on steps taken at your request; website delivery and security rely on legitimate interests that do not override your rights; and legally required processing relies on a legal obligation. You may exercise the applicable rights listed above and lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority where you live or work, or with the UK Information Commissioner's Office where applicable. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.

United States

If an applicable U.S. state privacy law covers logl's processing, you may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, obtain a copy or appeal a request decision. This website does not use personal information for targeted or cross-context behavioral advertising, and logl does not receive money in exchange for website personal information. We do not discriminate against anyone for exercising an applicable privacy right.
