1 · PURPOSE AND DATA PROCESSED
Purposes and categories of personal information
logl processes only the information necessary to provide and secure this website, measure its use when consent is given, and respond to email inquiries.
Optional website analytics
After consent, page paths without query strings or fragments, approved interaction events, language, device and browser context, approximate region, visit and session identifiers, and standard referral or campaign information may be processed.
Email inquiries
If you send an email, the sender address, subject, message, attachments and delivery metadata are processed to respond to the inquiry.
This website does not place email addresses or message contents, free-form text, Omny Pad control or input contents, precise GPS location, names, phone numbers, account information, or custom user identifiers in analytics events. Processing inside the Omny Pad Android app is covered by the separate Omny Pad Privacy Policy.
2 · RETENTION
Retention periods
- GA4 event data: up to 14 months after analytics consent.
- Privacy choice: stored in the browser until changed, withdrawn, cleared, or replaced by a new policy version.
- Email inquiries: deleted without undue delay after the inquiry and related support, dispute, or security purpose is complete.
- Information that must be retained by law is separated and kept only for the required period.
- Infrastructure and security information is retained under the applicable service configuration and provider policy.
3 · DISCLOSURE TO THIRD PARTIES

logl does not disclose personal information to third parties except with consent or where required or permitted by law.
4 · SERVICE PROVIDERS AND INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS
Service providers and international transfers
Cloudflare, Inc.
Website hosting, delivery, security and cookieless aggregate performance measurement. Limited network and request information may be processed in the United States, Europe and other Cloudflare infrastructure locations when a page is requested.
Google LLC and affiliates
Optional GA4 website analytics. The analytics categories listed above may be transmitted over the network after consent and processed in the United States and other Google processing locations for up to 14 months.
Email service providers
Messages are processed only when you send an email, under the policies of the email services used by you and logl.

5 · DELETION
Deletion of personal information
Personal information is deleted or anonymized without undue delay when its purpose is fulfilled or the retention period ends. Electronic records are deleted using methods designed to prevent recovery. Records retained under law are stored separately and deleted after the required period.
6 · AUTOMATIC COLLECTION AND COOKIES
Automatic collection and consent choices
Cloudflare processes limited request and security information needed to deliver and protect the website. Cloudflare Web Analytics operates without cookies or localStorage and provides aggregate performance information.
logl uses Basic Consent Mode for GA4. Before consent, the Google tag is not loaded, no GA4 measurement request is sent, and no GA cookie is created. Advertising storage, advertising user data and advertising personalization remain denied. Google Signals, user-provided data collection, personalized advertising, remarketing and cross-domain measurement are disabled.
You may change or withdraw your choice at any time through Privacy choices in the footer.
7 · YOUR RIGHTS
Rights and how to exercise them
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, suspension or restriction of processing, object to processing, withdraw consent, or request a copy of applicable personal information. Requests may be sent to the contact address below.
Because the website has no user account and analytics does not use a custom user identifier, a specific analytics record may not be identifiable from an email address alone.

logl applies reasonable administrative and technical measures, including access control, encrypted transmission, service configuration, updates and incident response, according to the nature of the information processed.
