This site brings those projects into one clear portfolio. This journal adds the working layer: what changed, why a decision was made, what we learned, and what people can do with the result.
Why “Works”
“Works” describes both the output and the standard. We care about ideas that become usable products, systems that hold up in real operation, and communication that stays grounded in what has actually been built.
It also leaves room for the portfolio to grow. A mobile utility, a growth workflow, and an AI connection layer may look different on the surface, but each should solve a specific problem with care.

We use a simple operating principle: design, build, and operate as one continuous loop.
Useful first. Clear about what is live. Honest about what is still in progress.
That means separating a concept from a shipped feature, a local test from production evidence, and a promising direction from a finished result. The distinction makes the work more useful—not less ambitious.
